When will my order ship?
Your first box will ship as soon as you subscribe. Then you'll automatically receive a new box every other month.
Can I send a subscription as a gift?
Absolutely! Check the "is this a gift" box above and you can enter a gift message which we'll include with the first box of the new subscription. You can enter the recipient's shipping address during checkout and we'll send the box directly to them!
What comes in each box?
Oooh it's so chock-full of goodies! You'll receive supplies to make 2-3 projects plus patterns and beginner-level instructions. Each box also contains crafting tools and notions, and a bundle of surprise goodies and gifts! It's equal parts delightful and educational :)
How does billing work?
You will be billed $39 + shipping at the time you subscribe, and on the first of the month every other month for each new box. You can manage your billing anytime through your customer portal.
What if I want to cancel?
There is no obligation and you can cancel, pause or skip your subscription anytime using your dedicated customer portal. Or just drop us an email and we'll be happy to help!
